Our ambition is to bring every aspect of the whiskey making process to your fingertips, including choosing the very wood to age your whiskey in. With our , we will utilize solely American white oak. However, with each successive release we hope to provide additional selections of wood types to give our consumers the reigns in designing their product. Starting with the introduction of European, Mongolian, and Sessile oak, eventually delving into the experimental and the unconventional. Keeping with our community driven model, members participating in collections offered by The Graine Ledger will have say as to what wood types they wish to see in each new release.
